Avis Webb

Avis Webb, age 100 of Millersville, TN., December 7, 2013. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Goodlettsville. Mrs. Webb was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene M. Webb, her parents and two sisters; son-in-laws, James Bahr, Richard Parker, and Billy Harris; grandson, Leslie E. Webb, Jr. She is survived by her children, Loretta Bahr Parker, Leslie Webb (Jane), Mary Elizabeth Plyler (Richard), Barbara Harris, Milton Webb (JoAnn), John Webb (Linda); sixteen grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 9 great - great grandchildren; sister, Katherine Groves; special family friend, Leonora Hardaway, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation with the family will be from 2-8 p.m. Friday, December 13 and 10-11 am Saturday, December 14. A celebration of life will be 11 a.m. Saturday, December 14 at Cole and Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville with Rev. Lyle Larson officiating. Interment, Portland Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Meals on Wheels program at Goodlettsville First Baptist Church or Connell Memorial United Methodist Church in Goodlettsville, TN.
