Archie Crawford

CRAWFORD, Archie Bell Age 88 of Nashville, passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2008. Survived by his wife of 65 years, Selena Bloodworth Crawford; son, Ron Crawford (Cathy); granddaughter, Ashley Elizabeth Turner (Dean); great-grandson, Jake Douglas Turner. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews and friends. Mr. Crawford served in the Pacific Theatre during WWII and was awarded the Bronze Star for heroism. He worked for and retired from the VA Medical Center. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, February 29, 2008 at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home in Goodlettsville. Pallbearers are Glen Bloodworth, Steven Bloodworth, Kenneth Brown, Bud Lackey, Greg Lackey, Jimmy Anderson. Interment at Hillcrest Cemetery.
