Alejandro Vazquez

Mr. Alejandro “Alex” Vazquez, of Cotton town, TN passed away on February 23, 2023 at Skyline Medical Center, where is life was honored by the gift of life to others. Alex was born on January 22, 1962 in Mexico City to the late Maria Olga and Daniel Vazquez. In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by his brother, David Vazquez.

Alex lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed cooking, eating and drinking. He adored his family and his dog, Bailey. He moved to Middle Tennessee with his wife, Kim, in 1993 and together they have three children. He worked for General Motors for 37 years where he was a final quality controller. Each day, Alex would end his day on the front porch of his house and say, “Thank God for another beautiful sunset.”

Alex is survived by his wife of 36 years, Mrs. Kim Vazquez; his children, David Vazquez of Nashville, TN, Christopher Vazquez of Nashville, TN, and Emily Vazquez of Austin, TX; his siblings, Misael Vazquez, Josue Vazquez, Alma Lenero, Juan Vazquez, Gustavo Vazquez, Arturo Vazquez, and Seguis Vazquez.

A celebration of life will be held at 3pm, Saturday, March 4th in the chapel of Cole and Garrett in White House. Family will receive friends from 2-3pm prior to the service. A reception will follow.
